ABOUT US copy_edited.png

How We Work

We understand that day-to-day and week-to-week needs can vary for neurodivergent adults. That’s why we offer flexible support that can change each session.

You can book support weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc, depending on your needs. Tasks can include organising, tidying, small cleaning tasks, laundry, admin, or tackling long-avoided tasks. We work independently or alongside you, giving practical support without the pressure of traditional cleaning or organising services.

Example:

If your kitchen needs regular support you can book a bi-weekly 2-hour slot. If one week your bedroom becomes disorganised while the kitchen is under control, we can focus on that instead.

Pricing:

  • Regular 2-hour session: £50 (£25 per hour)

  • Ad-hoc sessions: £25 per hour, 1–3 hours available

  • Plus parking charges if needed

Not sure what to book? We can chat over email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person with no pressure to book.

Practical Home Tasks

We provide practical home support tailored for neurodivergent adults, including:

  • Tidying & Organisation: E.g., any room, kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, storage spaces etc.

  • Laundry & Clothing Care: Washing/hanging, folding, ironing, organising

  • Small Household Tasks & Odd Jobs: Dusting, hoovering, light surface cleaning, dish washing, moving light/safe items, simple flat pack furniture

  • Decluttering & Reorganisation

Please note: We do not offer general domestic cleaning services. This also includes end-of-tenancy cleans, cleaning in preparation for subletting, one-off deep cleans, commercial/landlord cleaning, or large cleaning blitzes.

Admin & Digital Support

  • Sorting paperwork and filing

  • Body doubling for life admin (scheduling, booking appointments, responding to documents)

  • Digital calendar organisation

  • Smartphone and email organisation

  • Assistance with resale sites (e.g., Vinted, Depop, eBay)

Why We Don’t Offer General Domestic Cleaning

Our work is informed by neurodivergence, psychology, and lived experience, not professional cleaning. We work intuitively with people, supporting executive function, reducing overwhelm, and building routines that stick. One-day or intensive deep cleans can feel overwhelming, destabilising, or even counterproductive for many neurodivergent adults.

By spreading tasks across multiple, flexible sessions, we create a safe, sustainable approach that prioritises your wellbeing while still helping with practical home chores.

What this means for you:

  • We can assist with small cleaning tasks like hoovering, dusting, wiping surfaces, dish washing, bathroom spruces and keeping spaces organised.

  • We do not offer end-of-tenancy cleans, cleaning in preparation for subletting, deep cleans, commercial or landlord cleaning, or large one-off cleaning blitzes.

  • All tasks are tailored to your needs, focusing on manageable, practical support that helps your home stay organised and routines stay on track. If you’re looking for general domestic cleaning, a professional cleaning service will be a better fit.
