Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common questions about our services. If you need more information, feel free to get in touch.

  • We work with neurodivergent adults (18+), whether you’ve been professionally diagnosed or self-identify as neurodivergent. Our sessions are designed to make everyday home and admin tasks easier, helping you stay organised, keep your routines on track, and focus on what matters most each week.

  • Yes! You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with us. We know that diagnosis is a personal choice and not always accessible. If you identify as neurodivergent and our services sound like a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

  • We provide practical, hands-on help with everyday home and admin tasks, including:

    • Tidying + organisation

    • Decluttering + reorganisation

    • Laundry + clothing care

    • Small household chores (e.g., dishes, hoovering, wiping surfaces, light cleaning)

    • Admin + digital support

    Please note:
We are not a general domestic cleaning service. This includes end-of-tenancy cleans, subletting prep, deep cleans, commercial or landlord cleaning, and one-off cleaning blitzes.

Examples of tasks can be found on our Services + Pricing page.

  • No, we focus on practical help, not full cleaning. Some sessions may include light cleaning tasks as part of wider support, but for standard or deep cleans, a professional cleaning service would be a better fit.
